Pumpkin Smoothie

This pumpkin smoothie is PERFECT for fall! It is creamy and perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of spice and a hint of maple. Not only is it sugar-free, but it is also packed with fiber to keep you full. It really is delicious and can even be enjoyed as a dessert- it tastes like a pumpkin milk shake! If you have an ice cream maker you could even use this as the base for the ice cream! This is a recipe from my current challenge, and a few have a Creami and told me they made it in there and it came out amazing!

Indulge in the flavors of fall with this rich and creamy keto sugar-free pumpkin smoothie. Made with full-fat Greek yogurt, heavy cream, and almond milk, it delivers a velvety texture, while pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spices add the perfect seasonal touch.

Ingredients

  • ½ Cup unsweetened plain FULL FAT Greek yogurt (Chobani is a good option)
  • ¼ Cup heavy cream
  • 1 ½ Cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 oz cream cheese
  • ½ Cup pumpkin puree (canned)
  • ½ Cup Golden Lakanto/Brown Swerve or regular
  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie seasoning
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp psyllium husk powder or ground chia seeds
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp maple extract
  • 1 Cup ice

Instructions

  1. Combine all of your ingredients into a blender, blend until smooth, and divide into two large glasses. Enjoy!

Notes

  1. If you are making this in advance store in a tumbler in the fridge. You can wait to blend the ice or blend it in advance.
  2.  If you don’t have access to this yogurt, sub with sour cream.
  3. You can omit the psyllium husk powder. It adds a decent amount of fiber to keep you full longer though. You will need to adjust the macros if you omit it.
