4 Tbsp Almond Flour
2 Tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream

1 Egg
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1/4 tsp of Lemon Zest
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
Frosting
1/2 Tbsp Butter
1/2 oz Cream Cheese
2 Tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
2 tbsp Powdered Swerve (http://amzn.to/2D6rDjf)
1/2 tsp Choczero White Hot Cocoa(optional)
Mix the wet cake ingredient in a small bowl. Then add the wet ingredients and mix well. Pour into two greased ramekins(or one big one if your macros allow). Microwave on high for 2 Full minutes.
