2 tablespoons hemp hearts

2 tablespoons almond flour

2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut

1 tablespoon flaxseed meal

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1-2 tsp erythritol to your liking

1 pinch salt

1 tsp vanilla extract

¾ Cup unsweetened almond milk

Directions:

1.  Combine all ingredients in a microwavable bowl and microwave on high for 2 mins.

1.  Combine all ingredients in a small pot and cook on medium high heat for 3-4 mins stirring occasionally
