Summer is on the horizon! That means sun and fun! Some may have goals of losing weight to feel more comfortable in a swimsuit or an outfit for a special event. But we can all agree that it also helps you to have more energy to enjoy the summer and all the activities that go along with it. While every body is a beach body, you want to be your healthiest and feeling your best so that you can make the most of the summer! This is a 6 week challenge (plus a bonus few days prep/education BEFORE the start date) starting May 27th (group OPENS early to get you set up on 5/24) with a final weigh in day on July 8th! You receive a 5 week ketogenic meal plan (3 meals and a dessert a day although you can implement IF if you want to) complete with grocery list, PLUS recipes! NO special supplements/shakes/powder just good whole food you can find at a regular grocery store! You will learn how to meal plan, adjust macros, and most importantly live a healthy life and reach your goal weight! In addition, you will have access to the private Challenge Facebook group that offers support, answers to questions, and additional recipes and suggestions (the accountability is one of the reasons I have so many repeat challengers). I have been doing these challenges since 2017 and am dedicated to seeing my participants succeed! I am involved each day of the challenge making sure you have the support and encouragement you need to make this lifestyle change!

The Keto4Karboholics Spring Into Keto Challenge is officially open for sign ups! I have been doing these challenges for over 6 years now (going into my 7th this year) and have helped over 250,000 men and women make a sustainable, healthy, and enjoyable lifestyle change! I am so excited to share my program (which by the way provides a brand new meal plan each challenge with a delicious mix of past challenge favorites and some new ones too) with you! This is a challenge that focuses on a healthy lifestyle filled with real WHOLE FOOD! The private group is vital in providing the reinforcement and support that makes this lifestyle change different than just a “diet”. I understand that weight loss and health are not black and white. It is MUCH more than calories in and calories out. And having personally struggled for many years with weight loss and finding what worked for me, I finally found that a whole food based ketogenic diet not only helped me to lose those 60lbs, but keep it off for more than 6.5 years. My meal plans and education are backed by peer reviewed scientific research. I make sure that variety, vitamins, minerals, and fiber are not overlooked as they are vital to overall health. And this is why there are so many vegetables in my meal plan (don’t worry veggie haters I have turned many in the past to veggie lovers with my recipes). I have found over the years that the key to making this sustainable is to make it ENJOYABLE. And for that to happen you can’t feel deprived. Which is why I strive to bring you a variety of recipes each challenge to cater to all cravings and preferences to help you through this journey. I offer a few different types of meal plans in the group to cater to different preferences. Each week there is a leftover lovers meal plan(a simplified version of the main week’s plan) as well as a no track meal plan option(there are 4 versions of this to fit with various macros).

Everyone is welcome to compete for the CASH prize. 20% of the profits will be put towards the CASH prize (which is $14,000 if sold out)! Two people will split the cash prize.

  • 1 of the winners will be the participant who has lost the highest % of weight.

  • The second winner is a randomly chosen winner. Each week you send me in a weigh in video (only I see it). For every week you send me a weigh in video you get an entry (here is your accountability)! At the end of the challenge one winner is randomly selected (from the entries earned weekly) to win the other half of the grand prize! The winner will have the funds sent by PayPal!

  • In addition, there is a weekly giveaway. Everyone that sends their video in and maintains or loses weight compared to the last weeks weigh in, is entered into the giveaway and one winner is chosen to win $100 CASH!

You will receive your invitation for the group on May 24th . It is VERY important that you enter your email correctly when signing up PLEASE TRIPLE CHECK THIS (if you don’t receive your download and receipt right away that means there was a typo and you should email me to correct this)! Look for an email sent to the email you provide when you sign up and also check your spam.

The first weigh in is on May 27th and is the official first day of the challenge. I open the group a few days prior so that I can start educating you on what keto is, how the challenge works, get you your macros, and answer any questions BEFORE the first weigh in so everyone hits the ground running day 1. Plus it gives you time to meal prep!

So What is the challenge?
This is an 6 week challenge. You receive 5 weeks of meal plans complete with grocery lists (the 6th week you will meal plan on your own with my support for any questions you have), 3 meals plus snacks a day, and recipes (you can implement IF if you choose). Everyone receives the same meal plan which is calculated to fit within 90% of those that enter the challenge macros. You will then learn how to adjust your day to hit the macros I will calculate custom to you, and most importantly learn how live a healthy life and reach your goal weight! I also provide a NO TRACK option as a BONUS. In addition, you will have access to the private Challenge Facebook group (YOU MUST HAVE FACEBOOK even if its blank and you use it just for the challenge it is a REQUIREMENT If you do not you will not be able to access the FB group) that offers support, answers to questions, and additional recipes and suggestions.

How do I weigh in?
You will send in a weigh in video each week. You send a video of you getting on the scale(I need to see your whole body many people wear bathing suits or workout clothing) and then you say a phrase that’s given the night before weigh in (this ensures it’s current). It comes to me alone and is not public. This is to ensure there is no cheating and also helps hold you accountable. You do NOT need to compete and can join for the meal plan and support. The competition aspect is a BONUS.

Do these meal plans feed my whole family?

Yes! They are meant to feed 4 (and some have leftovers). You can halve the recipes if you like to make less. You can also freeze leftovers in individual servings to make for some quick meals at a later date. I keep picky eaters in mind with my recipes and I have received a lot of positive feedback from past participants that spouses/kids loved the recipes!

How do I get my Cash Prize:

When will I receive my meal plan and invite to the support group?
The meal plan is located under FILES in the private group. You can download it once you have received your invite to the group but you also receive it via email in pdf form on April 5th.

Do I need to buy supplements/shakes/workouts from you?
NO! I don’t sell any of those things(and I don’t get paid to endorse specific products) ! Almost all the items on your grocery list will be able to be found at a local supermarket. A handful of items will need to be bought on Amazon( erythritol, almond flour, xantham gum). This diet works because you track your macros and eat good food! No need for any extra products to “get you into ketosis”.
