BONUS Weekly No Track Meal Plans
Feeding a family section each week. This gives suggestions on how to cook one dinner for the family so you aren’t cooking multiple meals for those that want to include higher carbs in their diet. I give suggestions on what to pair and modifications to make the recipes work for you and others. This helps to cut down meal prep for you.
The meal plans are focused on reducing meal prep/cooking. While you will still have 2 dinner recipes each week that are more unique or “special” the other 5 dinners for the week are created to cut down the time you are in the kitchen, utilize leftovers, and make sticking with your meal plan and macros easier than ever.
As always, there will be photos of each recipe along with each recipe having its macros entered into both Carbmanager and MyFitness Pal to make tracking easier for you. Just search “Keto4karboholics” and the recipe name to find it and track it for the day.
This is a challenge that focuses on a healthy lifestyle filled with real WHOLE FOOD! This January start the New Year off with changes that help you to feel your best while working towards your personal goals. The private group is vital in providing the reinforcement and support that makes this lifestyle change different than just a “diet”. I understand that weight loss and health are not black and white. It is MUCH more than calories in and calories out. And having personally struggled for many years with weight loss and finding what worked for me, I finally found that a whole food based ketogenic diet not only helped me to lose those 60lbs, but keep it off for more than 7.5 years. My meal plans and education are backed by peer reviewed scientific research. I make sure that variety, vitamins, minerals, and fiber are not overlooked as they are vital to overall health. And this is why there are so many vegetables in my meal plan (don’t worry veggie haters I have turned many in the past to veggie lovers with my recipes). I have found over the years that the key to making this sustainable is to make it ENJOYABLE. And for that to happen you can’t feel deprived. Which is why I strive to bring you a variety of recipes each challenge to cater to all cravings and preferences to help you through this journey.

Sign ups CLOSE December 29th OR as soon as we sell out! We limit the challenge to ensure the groups do not get too large. Once you sign up there is a digital download which MUST be downloaded within 24 hours of receiving the link (this means 24 hours after signing up not 24hrs from when you decide to open the email)! IF YOU DO NOT GET AN EMAIL IMMEDIATELY THEN THAT MEANS YOUR EMAIL HAD A TYPO AND IT WENT ELSEWHERE.
Everyone is welcome to compete for the CASH prize. 20% of the profits will be put towards the CASH prize (which is $14,000 if sold out)! Two people will split the cash prize.
1 of the winners will be the participant who has lost the highest % of weight.
The second winner is a randomly chosen winner. Each week you send me your weigh in photos and measurements. For every week you send me your photos and measurements you get an entry (here is your accountability)! At the end of the challenge one winner is randomly selected (from the entries earned weekly) to win the other half of the grand prize! The winner will have the funds sent by PayPal!
In addition, there is a weekly giveaway. Everyone that sends their weigh in photos and measurements and maintains or loses weight compared to the last weeks weigh in OR lost inches week over week, is entered into the giveaway and one winner is chosen to win $100 CASH!
You will receive your invitation for the group on December 29th. It is VERY important that you enter your email correctly when signing up PLEASE TRIPLE CHECK THIS(if you don’t receive your download and receipt right away that means there was a typo and you should email me to correct this)! Look for an email sent to the email you provide when you sign up and also check your spam.
The first weigh in is on January 1st and is the official first day of the challenge. I open the group a few days prior so that I can start educating you on what keto is, how the challenge works, get you your macros, and answer any questions BEFORE the first weigh in so everyone hits the ground running day 1. Plus it gives you time to meal prep!

So What is the challenge?
This is an 6 week challenge. You receive 5 weeks of meal plans (the 6th week you will meal plan on your own with my support for any questions you have), 3 meals plus snacks a day, and recipes (you can implement IF if you choose). Everyone receives the same meal plan which is calculated to fit within 90% of those that enter the challenge macros. You will then learn how to adjust your day to hit the macros I will calculate custom to you, and most importantly learn how live a healthy life and reach your goal weight! In addition, you will have access to the private Challenge Facebook group that offers support, answers to questions, and additional recipes and suggestions.
How do I weigh in?
This year things are a little different. In the past I had participants do a video, but this year we will be doing a photo and measurements. It is only used to help discourage cheating and to provide ACCOUNTABILITY. This is private and not shared. Each week you will need to take a photo of the scale with the weight on it and the weigh in phrase written down on a card/paper on/next to the scale. The phrase needs to be in the photo as this lets me know it is a current photo. You will also need to submit a front and side photo of yourself. You submit those photos along with your waist and hips measurements via a Google form (it will be VERY simple you just click the link and add your photos and enter your weight and measurements) that I will send you once the challenge starts. This way you will be tracking not only your progress on the scale, but also your inches lost (which is just as important). You do NOT need to compete and can join for the meal plan and support. The competition aspect is a BONUS.
How do I take the pictures?
You can use a tripod, have someone take them, lean it up against the counter, or take it as a selfie in a mirror. Essentially, I just need a full body photo from the front and the side. You need to take the photos while dressed in at least underwear. You can wear workout clothing, underwear, a bathing suit, or tight-fitting clothing. Wear what you feel comfortable in. I just need to see your full body outline in the photos to assess inches lost and confirm it is you. The photo of you standing on the scale with the weight on the also needs to have the weigh in phrase written on a piece of paper next to the scale to confirm it is current scale (I just need the photo pointed down at the scale it is not a full body photo). The weigh in phrase goes out before weigh in day each week in advance.
How do I make sure that participants are honest if they are not sending in a video?
This year I am switching to photos and measurements vs a video. But I will still ensure there is no cheating and the integrity of the challenge remains. For one, the photos will show me the change in the weight from week to week. Someone that is stating a 75lbs loss would have lost considerable inches and this would be present in their photos and measurements. Finally, as an added measure those in the top 10 will be asked to submit a video weigh in for the final weigh in to confirm their weight. This ensures that the photos are not being altered and that the weight they are submitting is accurate. I made this change for a few reasons, but one of the reasons is to add in another way to qualify for the weekly cash prizes as well! Now as long as you are down in your measurements OR the same or less on the scale you get an entry into the weekly random drawing for $100!
How much can I expect to lose in a challenge?
Everyone is different! I have seen anywhere from 10lbs-60lbs in a single challenge (not
including participants that have done multiple challenges). Keto works, but you HAVE to stick to it and eat within your macros (don’t worry this will all be explained). Those who have the most success do not cheat during the challenge and follow the meal plan (even if they chose to repeat days). It is important to not only focus on the weight! Inches lost is arguably even more important!! Some lose inches faster than lbs. (especially if they are exercising).
Do these meal plans feed my whole family?
Yes! They are meant to feed 4 (and some have leftovers). You can halve the recipes if you like to make less. You can also freeze leftovers in individual servings to make for some quick meals at a later date. I keep picky eaters in mind with my recipes and I have received a lot of positive feedback from past participants that spouses/kids loved the recipes!

When will I receive my meal plan and invite to the support group?
The meal plan is located under FILES in the private group. You can download it once you have received your invite to the group but you also receive it via email in pdf form on December 29th.
Do I need to buy supplements/shakes/workouts from you?
NO! I don’t sell any of those things(and I don’t get paid to endorse specific products) ! Almost all the items on your grocery list will be able to be found at a local supermarket. A handful of items will need to be bought on Amazon( erythritol, almond flour, xantham gum). This diet works because you track your macros and eat good food! No need for any extra products to “get you into ketosis”.
