Brownie for one!

It’s been one of those crazy busy weeks! I had a lot of macros leftover because I worked through lunch so obviously I wanted to fill it with my delicious brownie for one! Topped with 1 tsp warm peanut butter, 2 Tbsp of homemade vanilla icecream(my recipe is on my website), and drizzled with @choczero chocolate syrup(because who can’t use some more fiber)! Honestly this looks too decedent for keto huh? But it’s not! Eat delicious food that’s nutritious and fits your macros!

Keto4Karboholics Brownie For One

Makes 1 Brownie: 279 Calories, 3.25g Carbs, 20g Fat, 16g Protein


1 scoop(30g) chocolate low protein high fat powder(I used @ketologie )

1 tbsp coconut flour

1 tbsp Swerve

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 tbsp cocoa powder

1 egg (room temp)

1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 tbsp chocolate chunks of choice (I used a Choczero milk chocolate Square)


Directions:

1.     Lightly grease a small oven safe ramekin and set aside.


2.     In a small mixing bowl, combine all your dry ingredients and

mix well. Add your egg, almond milk and chocolate chunks and mix until

a thick batter is formed.


3.     Place in the oven to bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes, or until a skewer comes out 'just clean' from the center
