Probably everyone’s favorite easy keto meal and everyone has a different spin on it! This is mine!
Egg Roll in a Bowl- Chicken
Makes 4 Servings
308 Calories, 16 Fats, 5 Carbs, 30g Protein
2 tbsp sesame oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb diced chicken thighs
2 tsp ground ginger
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp Chili Paste
10 oz bag shredded green cabbage or Coleslaw mix
3 tbsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
1 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
1 tsp Onion powder
Directions:
Add the meat to a large frying pan with the oil and spices and brown. Then add the cabbage, liquid aminos, and cover and let cook on medium heat for 5 mins stirring occasionally.
