1 Serving: 184 Calories, 11g Fat, 2g Carbs, 16g Protein

1 Turkey or Chicken Carcass (such a weird word to type by the way how often do you even say that)

Water

2 cups celery

½ cup onion

2 Sprigs of rosemary

4 Sprigs of thyme

1 tsp of garlic powder

½ tsp cracked pepper

½ tsp salt( you can add more to taste)

½ tsp cayenne pepper

20 baby carrots chopped

1 bag of shredded cabbage(in the salad mix area of the grocery store)

1 small green bell pepper

6 cups of leftover turkey chopped

4 Tbsp MCT oil

8 Tbsp Butter

1.     In a crockpot place your turkey or chicken carcass and cover with water and cook on high for 1 hour and then cook for 12 hours on low.

2.     Then strain the bones out of the broth.

3.     Add the butter and MCT oil and use a blender/immersion blender to mix well.

4.     Combine the additional ingredient to the crockpot and cook on high for 4 hour or low for 8 hours.

5.     You can adjust the seasonings to your tastes. I suggest starting with half of all the spices and go from there so that its tailored to you. Or you could trust me ;)
