Cannoli Fat Bombs

Holy Cannoli!! Keto4karboholics Cannoli Fatbombs! Only 2 net grams of carbs(17g of fat and 3g protein)!

1 8oz. package of full fat cream cheese
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup Swerve confectioners-style sweetener (or other powdered sweetener)
2 tsp. vanilla extract

Chocolate chunks:
1 Cup unsalted butter melted
1 Cup cocoa powder unsweetened
1 Cup Swerve confectioners-style sweetener (or other powdered sweetener)
2 tsp. vanilla extract

Using a stand mixer or hand mixer mix cream cheese, ricotta cheese, Swerve, and vanilla until mixed well and creamy. Scoop into 16 balls using a spoon and place on a parchment lined tray. Put in the fridge for 1 hour to chill(20 mins in the freezer). Then start in on making your chocolate chunks. Combine ingredients in blender and blend well. Spread out on a parchment lined plate and smooth to ¼ inch in thickness at most. Place in freezer for 20 mins. Once chocolate is hardened chop into small bits. Then take the cannoli balls out of the fridge and roll in the chocolate chips press them in there good). Store in the fridge for up to 1 month.
