For a lifestyle change to be sustainable, you need to enjoy it. At over 8 years into keto, I can say without a doubt that I enjoy keto. Not only have I been able to lose over 60lbs and maintain that loss, I have been able to create delicious recipes that turned many of my favorite “non-keto” recipes into keto versions that not only left me satisfied, but also supported my goals. I made a choice to eat in a way that makes me feel my best without sacrificing on flavor, variety, and sweets.
