Blueberry Cheese Dip

Blueberry Cheese Dip

Makes 5 Servings

1 Serving: 127 Calories, Fat 11g, Carbs 2g, 5g Protein

1/4 tsp. crushed rosemary

4 oz. SOFT goat cheese

2 oz. cream cheese

1 tsp vinegar

1/3 cup blueberries

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 Cup erythritol

1 Tbsp water

2 Tbsp diced walnuts

Directions:

1. Add the blueberries to a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the rosemary, salt, erythritol, and vinegar. Cook over medium heat for 5-8 mins minutes, stirring occasionally and crushing some of the blueberries. Remove from heat and set aside to cool. You want it like a thick syrup.

2. While it cools mix the two cheeses together in a small bowl.

3. Once the blueberry mixture reaches room temp pour it over the cheese mixture. Sprinkle walnuts on top. Cover and refrigerate for 10-15 mins.
