Brownie For One

Brownie for One

Makes 1 Brownie: 279 Calories, 3.25g Carbs, 20g Fat, 16g Protein

1 scoop(30g) chocolate low protein high fat powder 

1 tbsp coconut flour 

1 tbsp Swerve 

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 tbsp cocoa powder

1 egg (room temp)

1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 tbsp chocolate chunks of choice (optional)

Directions:

1.     Lightly grease a small oven safe ramekin and set aside.

2.     In a small mixing bowl, combine all your dry ingredients and mix well. Add your egg, almond milk and chocolate chunks and mix until a thick batter is formed.

3.     Place in the oven to bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes, or until a skewer comes out 'just clean' from the center.
