Frozen Chocolate Covered Mocha Fat Bombs

I made another delicious fat bomb! There is coffee in it so that counts as a breakfast snack too right 🙄

Frozen Chocolate Mocha Fat Bombs
1 Cup of cream cheese
4 tbsp of sweetener
2 tbsp of cocoa powder unsweetened
5 tbsp of STRONG chilled coffee

Chocolate Coating:
2/3 cup of Hershey's Sugar Free Chocolate Chips( or an equal amount of 90% cocoa dark chocolate)
1/3 cup of melted/room temp coconut oil

Mix cream cheese, sweetener, cocoa, and coffee together well(use a mixer to make it easier). Then roll into 12 small 1 inch balls. Place on parchment paper on a flat tray and put into the freezer for 30 mins. Then in a microwave safe combine chocolate chips and coconut oil and heat on medium heat for 1 min. Mix together until the chocolate and oil are no longer separated. Then dip the frozen balls in. You can dip them multiple times to get a thick chocolate coating( I dipped 4 times). Place in the freezer for at least 5 mins then enjoy!! Store in the fridge so they aren't too hard.
